All teams/players must be reviewed and approved by MEDC staff before they are officially entered into the tournament.
Create your team name and submit your full roster (Captain + Players). Use the exact IGN spelling — this will be used for bracket and stream graphics.
Your request stays PENDING while staff checks eligibility, duplicate names, roster limits, and rule compliance.
Once approved, your team becomes official and can be seeded into the bracket. Only approved teams will appear on the public bracket.
If anything is missing (wrong IGN, incomplete roster, conflicts), staff will ask you to correct it. Update your roster and resubmit for approval.
Rosters may be locked before the tournament starts. Last‑minute changes are only allowed if staff approves (subs/rules apply).
Teams must be ready at match time. Late check‑ins may result in a forfeit depending on the grace period set by staff.
